Today is my grandpa's birthday. He would have been really old. (Eighty-six?) He was a photographer. My brother Aaron looks a little bit like him, around the mouth and jaw. My grandma was the most colorful woman ever.
I'm a 28 year-old native Angelino. I love soy milk, chocolate, and cilantro. I teach sixth grade humanities in a brand new school. I have grown to like The Odyssey.
I like velvet and silk, Zero 7, Erykah Badu, and The Beatles. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bill Bryson and Roald Dahl. I believe Taboo is the greatest game EVER. I talk an awful lot about my two younger brothers. I am excited about most everything.
