Nip / Tuck has the best music on TV, seriously. In just the first five episodes of season three, they've showcased Sia, Gotan Project, and Radiohead's Everything in its Right Place. (The latter during a surgery to dissect a Frankenstein-like cadaver and deliver limbs back to their original owners.)
Holy shit, AND SUFJAN STEVENS!!!!! Who is their music editor? James S. Levine, you deserve a plaque!
